Research Activities

My lab is interested in chromatin regulatory complexes that are required for epigenetic silencing, activation and genome protection. Many of these complexes are implicated in myriad of diseases including viral infections and cancer. We use an integrative structural biology approach uniting cryoEM, different mass spec methods and in vitro reconstitution to tease out the function of large chromatin regulatory complexes in molecular details.

Techniques/Expertise

cryoEM, in vitro reconstitution, biochemistry
