Clinical research: Drug hypersensitivity in HIV infected subjects
Basic research: DC biology, HIV infection of DC subsets and DC-T cell interactions

Techniques/Expertise

Cellular Immunology
Isolation and characterization of DC and other leukocytes from blood, lymph node, skin and thymus
Flow cytometry
Cell sorting including sorting in high level containment [PC3]
Molecular techniques including realtime PCR and genotyping.
