Techniques/Expertise

Next generation sequencing technologies, assembly and analysis of short read sequencing data, bioinformatics of bacterial genomes, Real-time RT-PCR, DNA microarrays, proteomics techniques, bacterial mutagenesis, antimicrobial peptide killing assays, carbohydrate (capsule and lps) analyses
